Founded in Sierra Leone, the Children and Disability Empowerment Charity is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering underprivileged children and individuals with disabilities. Our mission is to create lasting change by addressing critical issues such as education, healthcare, and accessibility—starting locally and building towards a global impact.

Our History
Established in 2024, the Children and Disability Empowerment Charity began as a grassroots initiative in Freetown, Sierra Leone, with a focus on improving education and healthcare access for children in underserved communities. Over the years, we have expanded our mission to include support for individuals with disabilities, striving to create an inclusive and accessible environment for all. To date, we have positively impacted over 1000 lives, helping to uplift families and communities through our programs and advocacy.
Our Future
We are continuously working to expand our reach and increase our impact, with plans to develop national and international programs that will provide ongoing support and advocacy for children and individuals with disabilities.
Leadership Team
Impact and Achievements
In 2024, we provided scholarships to 50 children and distributed 500 mobility aids to individuals with disabilities. Our initiatives have reached thousands, creating opportunities and fostering hope.
